Brandon Malone has been accredited as Scotland’s first approved Solicitor-Arbitrator by the Law Society of Scotland.  To become a Solicitor-Arbitrator, a solicitor must first apply for accreditation as a specialist in arbitration law, and then demonstrate expertise in acting as an arbitrator.

Malone, who is also a Solicitor Advocate, and chairs the Scottish Arbitration Centre is the first Scottish solicitor to receive this accreditation.
