Brandon Malone is an experienced commercial arbitrator. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and has been appointed to deal with arbitrations under ad hoc and institutional arbitration rules on a range of disputes including construction, engineering, energy infrastructure, and crytocurrency matters. He has served as sole and presiding arbitrator.
He established and chaired the board of the Scottish Arbitration Centre from 2011 until 2022, and is a co-director of the International Centre for Energy Arbitration. Prior to calling to the Scottish bar in 2022, Brandon was accredited as a specialist in arbitration law, and as a solicitor-arbitrator by the Law Society of Scotland.
